AUSTIN ORGAN REMOVAL, DAY 3
Collaborators Ric Parsons and Manuel Rosales package up pipes from the Antiphonal Organ for transport back to Canandaigua, New York on the third day of the Austin Organ removal process.
The end is in sight with most of the pipes removed and pieces dismantled. Both organ consoles are now gone, and the ambulatory between the church and the chapel is clear of debris. The crew has earned a good night’s sleep before the return for one final day of work.
